No health regeneration?

So while tooling around Green Hills County, I was making repeated trips to the merchant in the little enclave with the caravan, and I noticed that the peasants, who had been attacked early on by the Hulking Stone Elemental which I had quickly killed, still had not-full health bars, almost 10 minutes after they stopped being attacked. If they have access to Healing Signet in this area, they weren't using it outside of combat, and even if they don't, they weren't regenerating health at all. Should this be noted, or is this to be expected? I thought I recalled that NPCs usually regenerate health outside of combat. Ailina (talk) 20:25, 26 September 2013 (UTC)

Yes, that would be a bug. Do other NPCs in pre-Searing Ascalon have automatic health regeneration? Perhaps they only use Healing Signet in The Flight North? --Silver Edge 03:39, 28 September 2013 (UTC)
