Great stapler, better be prepared to use Air Attunement or better yet, with double attunement, Elemental Attunement and Air Attunement, you can easily keep spamming this stapler and mantain at least two melee professions Blinded for the whole round.--ShadowFog 19:36, 5 December 2007 (UTC)

Agree and since almost everyone carries enchantment removal skills (ever heard of warriors having rending touch on their bar) in pvp, if you can't maintain both of those enchantments you will lose all of your energy quick.William Wallace 20:25, 24 March 2008 (UTC)

I love blind against enemies. Hate blind when I'm melee. GoLE Works well enough with some builds, although you won't be able to maintain it on two people. I just hope they don't change this skill. StatMan 21:04, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
I can only say, ANet must play blindbots. There are swarms of those everywhere now, and ONE blindbot can usually easily kill 4 melee (no, not two, BSurge is AoE) - seen that in RA. Congrats on making melees/rangers unplayable, ANet, buff blind some more. Compared to countless unconditional normal blind applying skills, daze is only either an elite or applied on knockdown. Can I have spammable daze? Why are there hexes, blocking and blind to counter melees, but only hexes and daze to counter casters? 79.139.2.195 09:24, 27 July 2011 (UTC)
- Exactly. At the very, very least, make the cast time 1s and increase the duration/recharge. You can't reliably interrupt a 3/4 even if they don't get it off under blocking, and spamming antidote or mending touch on recharge still only gets you 1 shot every 6 seconds or so. If they add b-surge to this, the ranger is shut down completely while the elementalist still gets to throw around air magic spikes as freely as ever.--71.107.187.184 21:05, 27 July 2011 (UTC)

Honestly, all this skill is, is Blinding Surge with 40 less damage. Thank Izzy for ruining half of the game.
