I took a picture of the map showing the red dots leading to the quest but I don't know how to post it.

Charr at the Gate is required for this quest

Rurik didn't offer me the quest until I handed that in, even though I already completed Trouble in the Woods. -- kazerniel (talk) 22:15, 3 May 2019 (UTC)
