I pray you to answer this - Desert Dragon is VISIBLE in Guild Wars 1? It walks about it me, that he's somewhere it is buried under sands of deserts...

I think that the part of the dragon are rocks spread out over the whole desert en they will become one if the time is there. So it will be a dragon out of stone. That is to cool, to be real. :D But that is maybe why we can't find it ore maybe we can find parts over the whole desert. Because when he was going to sleep ore watever he became one with the dessert.

I doubt it is visible - the idea for Guild Wars 2 was only constructed after the release of Nightfall (iirc), meaning that the dragons weren't invented until then. The only desert places in Guild Wars at the moment are the Crystal Desert and the Desolation. Thus, they probably weren't put in. br12 18:20, 30 October 2007 (UTC)

I agree, Kokuou. I really hope that people will be patient with others. For in most cases, the person writing in English as a second (third, fourth) language is far more adept at English than you would be at their native language.

And although this might seem a little overly-sensitive, I do want to say that I am, in part, of German descent. I find the use of the word "Nazi" offensive, even though I know that the word is sometimes used as an attempt at humour. I think what he meant by nazi was grammar nazi. Similar to the Seinfeld "Soup Nazi". Not really a poke at the German people in this case, it's just a term that is thrown around carelessly. Yeah im pretty sure hyper is right, i remember reading about how a dragon flew in to the desert, it wasnt awakened there, and iirc it from flying south.. so that puts it in the right spot to be the Charr Dragon (for lack of real name) Crazy 00:38, 31 October 2007 (UTC)

There is concept art (downlad here if you interested) of the dragon in the Charr land and the picture is labeled Water dragon. It could be the desert dragon as "The Ecology of the Charr" article from PC Gamer says that the Charr have control over almost all of the land east of the Shiverpeaks and it doesn't say anything about having to deal with a dragon in those parts. On a side note do you mean the dragon frozen in Drakkar Lake Biz? Broodling 23:22, 3 November 2007 (UTC)

Dragon in Ascalon

Upon entering the Catacombs in pre searing Ascalon from the Green Hills entrance I noticed the remains of what appears to have been a dragon under the bridge guarded by the gargoyles. thoughts? The Alice 13:57, 28 July 2010 (UTC)

Umm... Wrong?

Glint and Kuunavang are the only members of the dragon family in the game that can be found as non-hostile NPCs. This text seems wrong as Kuunavang is a Hostile enemy at first and Glint is Hostile(eventually). Treesbyty 12:10, 20 May 2008 (UTC)

Actually the text is wrong. The dragon Shiny is a non hostile NPC in the Dasha Vestibule after completing Goren's Stuff: Part 2.--Xenktray 14:43, 26 November 2008 (UTC)
