Seems that the quest, What Do You Do with a Drunken Shauben?, prevents this boss from spawning. --Saltyd 04:15, 15 August 2009 (UTC)

And either the quest Fury of a Grieving Heart OR A Sticky Operation also prevent this boss from spawning. I had both active, and both had a checkpoint that spawned Corsairs on Ehyal's spawn point. This should probably be noted somewhere and somehow. - Kall 20:12, 23 March 2010 (UTC)
