So why isn't he the highest level MoP character we've seen?

Actually, now that I think of it, why are the Elites two levels lower than the INITIATES?!

Captain's Profession?

I have seen both Elite Ministry Zealots and captains as both dervs and paragons. Normally, captains always indicates paragons and zealot indicates derv, but in some cases, they are switched. How should we document the correct profession? --Musha 21:09, 30 September 2011 (UTC)
