If you recreate this in an Excel doc minus .4 from the new rating equation. It seems as thought GW truncates the remainder and Excel rounds up turning +2s into +3s. There maybe a way to get Excel to truncate. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:68.163.249.84 .

There is, it's called FLOOR() - to truncate a value X into an integer, just use FLOOR(X,1) - replace X as needed. (Aiiane - talk - contribs) 04:34, 23 July 2007 (UTC)
