If you're using it as a finisher, odds are you dont have any adrenaline to lose that you cant build up quickly enough. Ojamo 23:52, 1 February 2008 (UTC)
- Yup, and it can be worth it if you can finally finish off that pesky monk with a surprise thrust. Also, the adrenaline penalty isn't bad if you have a paragon using Anthem of Fury or Inspirational Speech, ritualist with Weapon of Fury, or you yourself are using a skill like Auspicious Parry, Steady Stance, "To the Limit!", "I Meant to Do That!", Berserker Stance etc to build adrenaline quickly again. Or you could build your adrenaline up then do a quick spike with Burst of Aggression, then the adrenaline lost isn't a biggy anyway, and any bleed skill + gash + final thrust while attacking at 33% extra speed is sure to deal some damage and possibly catch your target off guard. Either way, final thrust is the strongest attack skill in the WHOLE game thats not an elite skill. Despite the fact that your foe has to be below 50% health for the maximum effect, it still pawns. Yeah, lose all adrenaline is ftl, but if you can use it as a finish, it's fine.--The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:66.99.246.228 (talk).

Someone wanna tell me why this skill says "Thrust" when my warrior does a roundhouse backhand slash? - Vik 04:47, 4 October 2009 (UTC)
