Talk:GW:EN and Now

Unless GW:EN has been released while I was not looking, this page is in need of some sources being mentioned. --Xeeron 14:52, 27 July 2007 (UTC)
- I agree. It's tagged as ArenaNet content, but I can't find it listed on the official site (might be burried). Is this legitimate ArenaNet content, or fan-produced? --- Barek (talk • contribs) - 14:57, 27 July 2007 (UTC)

Various GWEN stuff[edit]
- → moved from User talk:Santax
Just a question: Why did you remove several GWEN related entries (e.g. http://wiki.guildwars.com/index.php?title=Deldrimor_Dwarves&curid=6766&diff=249289&oldid=153683&rcid=261373 ). Copyright issues, unproven rumor or something else? --Xeeron 11:39, 24 July 2007 (UTC)
- See above :) --Santax (talk · contribs) 19:25, 24 July 2007 (UTC)
- I am afraid I dont understand your reasoning. Those parts looked very good in those articles (of course given they have a good source and no copyright problems), whereas now they linger in a quite unaccessable user page. Sure having them on the main space article is easier to find? --Xeeron 20:07, 24 July 2007 (UTC)
- Don't worry, I intend to combine them into one mainspace article soon, so the GW:EN setting isn't scattered across the wiki. --Santax (talk · contribs) 20:37, 24 July 2007 (UTC)
- I'm assuming this is the source of the GW:EN and Now article (BTW: is that name official? Because it's bad - if not official, it needs renamed) - you mention that it originated from a single article at one time, can you provide the link - or reference the source of the texts? --- Barek (talk • contribs) - 15:00, 27 July 2007 (UTC)
- I got them from here. --Santax (talk · contribs) 15:02, 27 July 2007 (UTC)
- Good material, thanks for the link. I still hate the name, but it appears the official one given the lore material by ArenaNet - so I agree that we should keep it named that way.
- Rather than linked from the main page, I think this should be linked from the GW:EotN article, and from the Pre-Release Bonus Pack's article. --- Barek (talk • contribs) - 15:11, 27 July 2007 (UTC)
- I rather like the name, it's a sort of phonetic pun. (GW:EN and Now - Then and Now) - HeWhoIsPale 15:21, 27 July 2007 (UTC)
- Yea, I got it, which is a big chunk of why I disliked the name - puns are funny for the first microsecond, then are just annoying beyond that (as you have to tell the hundreds who come over pointing it out that yes, we all got it). But, it's the official one, so that's it. --- Barek (talk • contribs) - 16:59, 27 July 2007 (UTC)

Changes in Sorrow's Furnace?[edit]
The text seems to imply that Deldrimor Dwarves will defeat the Stone Summit and retake Sorrow's Furnace. Perhaps SF will be changed with GWEN's release, like the Tomb of Primeval Kings? --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:201.17.146.25 .
