Shadow Step to Target Ally+Bit Golems= Explorer Profit

I used recall on the Bit Golems guarding the Entrance to the area outside the EoTN, and am currently exploring the areaGarrus 13:59, 6 September 2008 (UTC)

nice find, also you can walk through the close doors of EoTN and explore inside there.

Assuming non-GW:EN owners also go to Ice Cliff Chasms, does this mean they can also do this trick?

I think it's worth noting that using the above method of exploration allows you access to areas of the map that would be otherwise unreachable, such as the space after/between portals. Using this method and following all the contours of the given area, I was able to pick up an extra point for the Master of the North title track. ~ J.Kougar 23:16, 5 September 2008 (UTC)

Here's a screenshot of the areas I was able to reach using the above exploit.

Additionally, if you don't own Eye of The North but have the other three campaigns, you can use the above trick to explore the area and earn yourself 6 points toward the Master of the North title track. ~ J.Kougar 23:46, 5 September 2008 (UTC)

With Necrotic Traversal, it's possible to get the same areas during Hero Tutorial, but that chance is easy to miss. 24.179.144.91 23:53, 5 September 2008 (UTC)

Seems another Stealth Update hidden within today's update has changed this. You can still use Recall to get behind the Bit Golems, but when you attempt to leave the cave now you are teleported back to your starting location. Seems rather silly for them to go to so much trouble because of the possibility of someone getting a few points for a title or unlocking another point for those of us with the Eye of The North campaign, but I guess despite it being a poor use of the programmer's time, they felt it was a necessary one.  :( ~ J.Kougar 02:54, 11 September 2008 (UTC)

Its hard to work anything out from that page, it's such a mess.

Charm Animal

Animal companion is no longer body-blocked by Bit Golems.
It simply just does not spawn anymore. --NIN37 22:34, 23 May 2009 (UTC)
