HM skills and profession?

Today in Secret Lair of the Snowmen in HM (without a special Wintersday quest) I have noticed that Grumpy Snowman uses Holiday Blues skill which I have never seen before in this dungeon. Is this a Wintersday-only skillbar modification, a bug or a permanent change? If it's not a bug, then his profession should be a Necromancer, because only they are able to use this skill.
