Possible South Park Reference?

Could this be a reference to Stan Marsh from South Park? I wouldn't jump to this conclusion without seeing some other names in town... "Guard Brovlosk" ( Kyle Broflovski) and Leo Stauch (Leopold "Butters" Stotch). --97.83.178.170 22:06, 20 December 2010 (UTC)
