Added NPC info, sparse as it is

I've tried to mention the appearance of the 2 NPC's I know about (Tamer and Jingle Bear). I hope I got the right format.

The appearance of the tamer definitely depends on your Ranger profession being active. However, it may make a difference if the Ranger is the party leader or not. I haven't tried that. If anyone has, please modify the text accordingly. (Ralmon the Gen 11:27, 24 February 2009 (UTC))

My party (hero/hench) had only Jin as Ranger. The tamer was there - I'll change the text. 76.30.79.54 23:40, 18 March 2009 (UTC)

Are the Jingle pets unlocked account-wide?

No, not account-wide. But that char can charm them and then go the the Zaishen Menagerie and release them there. Then any char of yours can get the Jingle pets. Steve1 (talk) 17:02, 28 December 2015 (UTC)
