In my Sandbox, I've gone through figuring the max possible health in different circumstances. I won't add it, yet, at least, because it needs verification, and I may have missed some things. Calortalk 01:13, 4 December 2007 (UTC)

Healing Section[edit]

This section was removed by 91.84.17.41 - I've added it back, as I think it's useful, and isn't really covered anywhere else on the wiki (As far as I can tell, if that's wrong then sorry!). If it's felt that the section doesn't really belong in Health, I'd much prefer it be moved to Healing, or another more appropriate article. -- AT(talk | contribs) 14:22, 4 December 2007 (UTC)

Note that articles like Health regeneration exist. This article should have stubs with prominent links to those articles, which should have the detailed explanation. Alternative, make those redirects and have it all here. Backsword 14:25, 4 December 2007 (UTC)

Mobs[edit]

Can anyone tell me if they have 20 hp for each lvl +100? I wanna farm r3 survivor with a trapper and I need to know how many traps to lay. Ninjas In The Sky 13:52, 24 April 2008 (UTC)

Incorrect[edit]

On the page it says " is not attacking, using skills, being targeted by skills, and hasn't lost health for 5 seconds ", but i use skills like mantras and heals, but the natral regen keeps going. Mabey it should be changed to " is not attacking, using skills which target or deal damage to an enemy, being targeted by skills, and hasn't lost health for 5 seconds " or something like that. Dogzrdogz 18:58, 1 June 2008 (UTC)

Is anyone even sure if only being targetted by hostile skills stops regeneration? I seem to remember that when fleeing from a flare spammer and dodging the projectiles my health regen didn't stop again.Crimmastermind 06:37, 25 March 2009 (UTC)

Max Health[edit]

You could get more with +1 item's attribute (20% chance) items and Great Dwarven Armor, and can be further increased by having BiP+more maintained enchantments+blessed signet+other cheap enchantments. I don't know why there are 6 monks with vital blessing either, because you can only have 1 of the same enchantment up on one person (same with vital weapon). Also, why does there need to be 3 fertile seasons and 3 symbiosises? These can be replaced by other enchantments.Crimmastermind 06:10, 21 October 2008 (UTC)

All this begs the question; Is all this crap about maximum possible health really needed? Besides, as Crim pointed out, its incredibly flawed anyway. In addition to the above (cant be bothered doing the math) it is likely that a +1 warrior attributes blessing from a non GW:EN shrine would confer more health via boosted skills than camping in a Norn territory.--Revelations 16:20, 21 October 2008 (UTC)
Should it be removed from the page, moved to a separate page, or moved down the page? --JonTheMon 16:23, 21 October 2008 (UTC)
Much better now imo.--Revelations 18:53, 22 October 2008 (UTC)

Max Health Possible[edit]

What is the Max Health Possible? On paper, I was able to get a Warrior with a Ranger's help to over 4,200 HP... anyone try this with screenies? SabreWolf 03:54, 10 January 2009 (UTC)

On paper I got a Warrior/N with 5502Hp with a party that consist a Ranger 2 Monk Bonders and a Rit. This is attainable doing the following:

  • Ranger:
    • Symbiosis(main key)
    • Fertile Season (+157)
  • Bonders:
    • 16 upkeep enchantments (158[Symbiosis]* 16 + 211[Vital Blessing]
  • Warrior/N:
    • Base HP (+600[Head piece with +1str instead of vita])
    • Weapons (+30[Sword] + 45 [Sheild of Enchanting / of Hexed to get +60 if you really want]
    • Feel No Pain (+300)
    • Great Dwarf Armor (+60 +158[Symbiosis])
    • Defy Pain (+286)
    • Endure Pain (+286)
    • Signet of Stamina (+283)
    • Demonic Flesh (+176 +158[Symbiosis])
  • Ritualist
    • Vital Weapon (+184)
  • Norn Territory (+100)

Attributes considered for 16 to all players except the warrior and PvE skills are maxed. Thus ofc you can have the remaining of your party just random ppl who randomly cast different enchantment causing a +158 each enchantment. But I really think that this experiment will be rather useless. --Aartist21 14:04, 8 May 2009 (UTC)

I'll figure this out sometime, but in the Deep or Urgoz, you could bring loads of people with random enchants and have a huge amount. -MaskeusUser Maskeus sig.jpeg 19:41, 12 June 2010 (UTC)

imho warriors should have more base health, their small armor bonus (and low energy reg) just won´t make up for w primary. 84.56.28.92 23:08, 11 June 2010 (UTC)

It is possible to get a maximum health much higher than 5000; I'd be looking for something at least over 9000. As a joke, a friend and I wanted to get Koss' health over 9000!!!!!! (Yes, you heard that one right.)
Over9000.jpg
Although quite some time ago, this is essentially what happened: load every monk enchantment that we could afford, get a warrior with Defy Pain, Signet of Stamina (etc.), Symbiosis, a couple of consumables, and a hell of a lot of good timing. Here is a screen shot of what it looked like in the making. Raethiusliore 08:47, 14 August 2010 (UTC)
dont forget about the missions in factions that let 16 people in, ive seen 15k+AurenX 04:19, 7 November 2010 (UTC)

On paper, it looks like you could hit 19379 on a W/D with quite a bit of effort (of course, if people find an error in the math, post away). I doubt I'll ever find myself coordinating this, but would take part to see it happen.

  • 16 people in Vizunah Square (or in Unwaking Waters)
  • Cons used for +health: Grail, Cupcake, Candy apple, Pahnai salad = 320 health
  • Using Golden egg, candy corn, grail, lunar blessing for +4 attributes
  • Other players use Master of My Domain (chance for +1 attribute, mostly just for Vital blessing and vital weapon)
  • Symbiosis at 20 BM gives 191 health per enchantment
  • Equipment for self: Strength on helmet, everything else straight +health: 50 vigor, 3*10 vitae, 15+10+5+5+5 survivor, +45 while ench shield, +30 on weapon (assuming you're not going to try this while being hexed)
    • This gives you 14 Strength, 12 Earth Prayers

Health from your equipment, cons etc.

  • 480 base
  • 48 from morale
  • 320 from cons
  • 195 from equipment
    • = 1043 health

Skills on your bar (note: ~ represents enchantments)

  • ~Vital boon - 104 health @ 16 Earth Prayers + 191 = 295
  • Signet of Stamina - 350 @ 18 Strength
  • Endure pain - 342 @ 18 Strength
  • Defy pain - 342 @ 18 Strength
  • ~Great Dwarf Armor - 60 + 191 = 251
  • Feel No Pain - 300
  • +2 random self-cast enchantments @ 191 ea = 382
    • = 2262 health

Player monk with Vital Blessing @ 21 Protection Prayers

  • ~Vital blessing - 264 + 191 = 455
  • 7 other enchantments @ 191 each = 1337
    • = 1792

Player Rit with Vital Weapon - @ 21 Communing

  • Vital weapon - 229
  • 7 enchantments @ 191 each = 1337
    • = 1566

Player Ranger with Symbiosis @ 20 Beast Mastery, giving 191 per enchantment

  • Symbiosis
  • 7 enchantments @ 191 each = 1337
    • = 1337 health

12 other Players/Heroes with enchantments (remember not to double any of them)

  • 12 * 8 * 191 = 18336 health

= 19379 health --charmuska 20:36, 27 November 2010 (CST)

Minor point of addition. Using +3 rune of strength on the headpiece will actually give you more health via signet of stamina, endure pain, and defy pain than the 75 health it costs to do so. Also, if you use a +1 str (20% chance) for signet of stamina, and quickly switch out the headpiece once all 3 are cast for another vitae rune, you add +50 (signet of stamina at 21), +28 (endure pain), +28 (defy pain), +10 (vitae) for a total of +116 = 19495. Monster health[edit]

I believe that most monsters in the game use the same health formula as player characters do. So, should that be mentioned here (or is it even true?)? --JonTheMon 19:05, 1 February 2011 (UTC)

With a few exceptions, it does seem to be true. It's noted on creature, but I don't see why it shouldn't be here too. Manifold User Manifold Neptune.jpg 19:17, 1 February 2011 (UTC)
