- lolwut @ above. I favor this spell waaay over Deep Freeze while using Mirror of Ice. Better recharge and even if the snare is a few seconds less, it's still better damage and less recharge. Chao 15:38, 3 March 2009 (UTC)
- Mirror of Ice is a bad skill, Deep Freeze has ~3 times as large an AoE, the recharge difference doesn't really matter that much in PvP, you can use Deep Freeze even without any Water Magic, etc etc... Vili

- You can't just assume I'm talking about PvP. And anyway, recharge does matter in PvP. The extended AoE doesn't make much of a difference, and the higher damage + lower cost + lower recharge = better utility. Then again, maybe I'm just inexperienced. Chao 18:14, 5 March 2009 (UTC)

I was just saying that in PvP, you usually want your skills recharged asap. My original comment was just stating that ice spikes has better synergy with MoI than deep freeze does. Also, I didn't say that Deep Freeze was better than Ice Spikes in general; I said it was with Mirror. And if you're so dying to know, I use Mirror of Ice in PvE with a skill capping build. - Hand like if you held your right hand pointing up in front of your face with the thumb toward you, fingers in a fan, scrunched like you're trying to pull on the bottom of a cup and compress your wrist at the same time. The top third of the image is one large ice crystal and several smaller ones. --Star Weaver 19:41, 8 May 2009 (UTC)
- If you squint and tilt your head a little the open hand shooting spikes could look like a closed hand with the lage spike as the middle finger... but thats a streach with a corrupt mind at work MrPaladin talk 19:48, 8 May 2009 (UTC)
