Mislabeled NPC

um is it just me or does this guy NOT sell rare materials (although his is labeled in the game as a Rare Material Trader)??? --The preceding unsigned comment was added by 124.99.28.39 (talk).

Maybe he has delusions of grandeur? Definitely only deals in common materials. Clik the thumbnail for a full-size screencap:
