Talk:Mystic Healing
Why was this nerfed? I never saw it in use. 81.2.90.239 20:28, 12 November 2007 (UTC)
- Eh. It gets a lot of use in 4v4. It's basically heal party only more easily spammed. Dervishes can make pretty decent healers in 4v4... 72.81.222.90 07:19, 17 November 2007 (UTC)
- Yeah, Although if you were a "Dervish healer spammmer" with say, imbue health, this, and a few AoE skills. As well as some monk healers, you might make a good AR 70 healer, minus divine favor.Although it may be a bad idea for RoT and DoA.--Raph 15:45, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
if you load a d/mo with things like Extinguish Heal Party Mystic Healing and Arcane Zeal you can get a really good healer that DOESNT NEED TO BE CLOSE TO THE PARTY. you only have to be in compass range, nope, this really deserved the nerf (even though its still usable)VAlAR212.187.73.45 11:57, 29 January 2009 (UTC)
Dervish Update[edit]
So this is basically Light of Deliverance with 2 secs less recharge and no elite status. How's that justified?193.174.122.76 14:33, 18 February 2011 (UTC)
- Well it does require enchentments... but I agree kren3 19:18, 18 February 2011 (UTC)
- Altough i doubted a bit if this skill is really that effective i find that it is really a great skill for PvE since it can heal you twice if you are enchanted giving you quite a nice ammount of health. As with the function of party heal it works very nice as well if you have your party enchanted. Very cheap, very effective, thats all i got to say about it :). Range[edit]
Is it just me, or is the range of this skill map-wide? Can anyone confirm this? - Infinite - talk 20:30, 26 October 2017 (UTC)
Heroes do not use this skill?[edit]
Just tested in Isle of the Nameless, with a Derv flagged away and an entire enchanted team standing next to the student of disease. I wanted to test if heroes would use this skill to save a single hero. To my dismay, the entire party could wipe and the derv just stands there and lets it happen. Very disappointing. Maybe it only triggers on damage and not degen? --The preceding unsigned comment was added by 162.205.194.53 (talk) at 06:24, 7 August 2023 (UTC).
- Heroes only seem to use it in combat when party members are within earshot (approximately), under attack, and below 75 % health. They use it regardless of whether the party member in question is enchanted, though. I didn't test it super thoroughly, and only with a single injured party member, so the usage might be different if multiple party members need the healing. Cealdor (talk) 17:46, 7 August 2023 (UTC)
