The Restoration Magic version of the Deldrimor Scepter (unique) and Straw Effigy (unique) have stats identical to this item.

User:Cyan_Light your comment in revision history doesn't make sense, oola's focus doesnt have <Type> damage: 11-22 (Requires 9 <attribute>) which the scepter does therefore the stats are not identical. 79.70.140.131 14:30, 25 May 2009 (UTC)
