These can be farmed quite easily using the E/R t1 tway build, just swap stone daggers or aftershock for glyph. of swiftness.

Method: Leave from Temple of the Ages in Hard Mode and you should see a group right ahead.

One run is around 1,5 minutes to kill 5 or 6, they drop 25-30 fibers and planks
