Bug?

Are there additional requirements on this? I'm level 18 and neither Johai Sohn nor Hai Len nor Hapless Chong will offer me their quest. The only one who will offer me a quest is the Festival Co-ordinator.

I've got the same problem. A level 13 E/Me not ascended, that cannot get any of the quests. Any ideas? Sardaukar 03:59, 5 February 2012 (UTC)

Same thing with my level 13 Mo/W not ascended. I emptied my bags and dumped a few quests that I thought might be the problem. No change. A couple of my toons (not these) still had the quests from last year, uncompleted. Is it possible that I did the quests last year with these toons but on Sunday or Monday and a year has to elapse before you can do them again? Crazy I know, but it's all I can think of. Same thing with my level 13 Me/E not ascended. I just switched to my level 10 W/Ra not ascended and the quests are available for him. I'm calling Mulder and Scully for help.
