Indeed it is. Kind of deceiving isn't it? They must have thought it was more catchy than Rragar's Staff or something. Rragar is a Mesmer and Hidesplitter is a Paragon (the two final bosses) so that doesn't help much either. By the way, THESE stats are correct, while another place has it listed as an HCT 10%. I was soooooooooo disappointed when I played through Rragar's Menagerie on HM and all I got was a lousy divine favor staff called, "The Maneater." 68.51.95.206 05:27, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
