Talk:The Second Vision

I finished the Norn primary quests but didn't report to King Ironhammer, then did all of the Ebon Vanguard primary quests and got the "Call of the North." When I went to the scrying pool, it gave me "The Third Vision." After visiting King Ironhammer and returning, I got "The Third Vision" again.
