Item Stats different in-game?

GW Auctions has one of these items been put up for auction and the weapons stats are different to described on the Item Page here. The item is dispaying in-game as follows:

Energy +15
Holy Damage: 11-22 (Requires 9 Healing Prayers)
Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 20%)
Halves casting time of Healing Prayers spells (Chance: 20%)
Health +30

The difference has been confirmed by image and discussion with the item owner.

The question is whether the WIKI data is wrong because ANet have introduced changes and so there are two versions of The Wingshielder to be found in the game or if the Wiki needs to be amended because it is incorrect and the Stats are not as seen in-game? -- Bearz 10:48, 19 July 2009 (UTC)

That's the same, just worded differently +10, +5 energy, because the the first +10 is what every staff gets and the +5 is from the inherent insightful staff head mod. Nothing needs to be changed, we just put it as separate mods to ease figuring out how to make a replicate. --Freedom Bound 11:21, 19 July 2009 (UTC)
