"Titan" Titan?[edit]

At the end of the Abaddon's Mouth mission, you may recall fighting what resembles a burning titan but does not fight back or use any skills (though coming in contact with it does cause burning). This titan is named "Titan". Do you think it deserves an article of its own? In the old wiki, we had articles on some of the strangest things as well as things referenced only a few times in dialog. It may be worth considering. File:Esig2.jpg Eldin 17:33, 17 March 2007 (EDT)

I definitely think we should have articles about such things. That is the really fun part of the wiki, the small articles describing the odd stuff :) — Anja 17:51, 17 March 2007 (EDT)

Titan status[edit]

I though we wiped them out in prophecies!--142.22.186.7 18:04, 13 June 2008 (UTC)

Just the ones that got loose. And even then, just most of them. Kirenne Starfire [Kw] 02:21, 8 December 2008 (UTC)

Umm..[edit]

Why does it say they're in the DoA? I mean they are, but they're also in the Ring of Fire... a lot. adding... Spotina Talk 21:34, 7 August 2010 (UTC)

Like what was said in the edit notes, that section says they were created there, which according to in-game lore, they are. They are brought to the RoF, yes, and as such that is mentioned in the article. --- NessUser Ness Hrin SigIcon.pngHrin | 21:39, 7 Aug 2010 (UTC)

Trivia?[edit]

Is it me or titans really do look like drodekas from star wars? --The preceding unsigned comment was added by 84.2.4.26 (talk).

No. Just looks like a typical three-legged design. -- Konig/talk 17:37, 24 August 2010 (UTC)

Ice Titans...[edit]

...are the most under-appreciated race. They only show up in one quest (which people don't even do very often), they don't have any minis or tonic forms, no bosses, and when the Lich summoned all the other titans in the realm of torment he didn't even summon any of them. Sad fate for such cool looking enemies. -- User Kirbman sig.png Kirbman 07:29, 17 May 2011 (UTC)

Affiliation, not creature type?[edit]

Having recently looked through this Anet employee page, it would seem that Prophecies titans are without a family (creature type), which would mean that mechanically they are an army (affiliation). Should the article be changed? Konig/talk 03:09, 16 June 2011 (UTC)

I'd say it should be changed to reflect that. Kaisha User Kaisha Sig.png 03:22, 16 June 2011 (UTC)
Probably means deletion of titan page is not necessary, just remove prophecies ones? (page does not mention nightfall titans) --File:User Chieftain Alex Chieftain Signature.pngChieftain Alex 17:19, 13 August 2011 (UTC)
Where are you getting deletion from? This is more about affiliation, not deletion. Kaisha User Kaisha Sig.png 17:49, 13 August 2011 (UTC)
He probably means List of titan bosses. Konig/talk 19:41, 13 August 2011 (UTC)

Flameseeker conjecture[edit]

On the main article is speculates that the Flame in Flameseeker may well be the Titans, but after having come back to the game after a 3 year break and replaying the 2nd half of Prophechies, it really stood out to me that the Vizier is the Flameseeker. Puk (talk) 07:15, 8 July 2015 (UTC)

You should read this page rather than post in the talk page about Titans.--Ruine User Ruine Eternelle Ruine Eternelle.jpg Eternelle 08:12, 8 July 2015 (UTC)

Immunity to burning[edit]

I thought so far that Titans were immune to Birning. A note at the foot of the burning page goes in the same way. But are they? - - Ruine User Ruine Eternelle Ruine Eternelle.jpg Eternelle 14:41, 9 June 2020 (UTC)

Domain of Anguish[edit]

Most titans have an affiliation (titan), but not a (creature) type. The exception are the DoA titans which have are of the type titan.

I assume htis has been tested in the past (e.g. with Edge of Extinction). Right? Steve1 (talk) 08:03, 30 July 2024 (UTC)
