Passage scroll[edit]
Dropped me a Passage Scroll to FoW in Hard Mode. Bug? Intended? I have a screenshot if necessary. 66.44.227.52 21:51, 18 September 2011 (UTC)
- Intended; can drop from any foe in HM. See Passage Scroll to the Fissure of Woe. 76.199.138.205 22:28, 18 September 2011 (UTC)
- Alright, was just informed by my friend as well. Had never seen it before. 6 years of this game with all 3 vanquishers and I'd never seen a FoW scroll drop outside FoW itself. 66.44.227.52 23:15, 18 September 2011 (UTC)
Latin[edit]
Uh, how the bleep do you get "Witnesses were tortured for the sake of being beaten"? Splitting it up seems a little weird, when the original translation (Tortitudo meaning "wickedness" and Probo meaning "I find good, approve") seems just as workable. 69.249.223.63 22:52, 21 January 2012 (UTC)
- Since I've (understandably) gotten no response on this, I'm removing the note on the really bizarre pseudo-Latin translation. I cannot find the word "bo" in any Latin dictionary (presumably it'd have to be the ablative singular of either "bum" or "bus"). I assume you are implying that Torti tudo is an ablative absolute meaning "the witnesses having been tortured". However, while torti can be translated as "tortured", it's not ablative here, and tudo does not mean witnesses. If someone can point out a verifiable source that says that any of these words actually mean what this note said, then fine. But until then, this extremely awkward and likely false translation needs to go. 69.249.227.39 07:51, 24 April 2013 (UTC)
