Casting Time[edit]
This skill has (excluding the monster skill Knock) the longes activation time, doesn't it? considering that even if FC would have shortened the casting time on signets, this skill would have been nearly useless in PvP. —ZerphaThe Improver 13:42, 29 November 2007 (UTC)
- Keep in mind that Nature Rituals did not have a range - they were effects that altered the entire map. So a mesmer could use this signet very far from his enemies (all the way across the map, even) and it would remove the Nature Ritual anyway. It was a huge waste of time, of course - the recharge of Nature Rituals was very, very small (I think it was less than the 15 seconds it takes to cast this), so if a Nature Ritual was removed, it would simply be a matter of using it again. In the days of the Betas, this skill was pointed as the worst skill in the game. Erasculio 14:10, 29 November 2007 (UTC)

- It did (I'm not sure if it was 10% or 15%; if you say it was 10% I'll believe it), but (at the time) 10% more DP was considered little when compared to losing all of your other skills for around a minute. Later on they removed the DP (before creating the spirits as we know them today) and so this skill became even worse. When the spirits were introduced, Unnatural Signet was removed from the game. Which is kinda funny - if spirits had been in the game since the early stages, things like spirit spamming would likely have been noticed and dealt with before release. - interresting story :D kinda funny, these ideas in beta. Well ok, i only thought these nature rituals would be unremoveable, but would still have earshot range. Could it be that Rangers were really broken at this time? Well, i didn't know that the rituals caused DP, but all these pet calls were also devasting. —ZerphaThe Improver 13:15, 1 December 2007 (UTC)
