Seems as though it's Defender's Choice and the next quest in the chain, Sticky Operation, which must be completed before this quest can be unlocked.--AgentWolf 07:12, 1 July 2008 (UTC)

Other prereq

I had to finish Ghosts in the Graveyard before I could get this. As soon as I turned in the reward the exclamation popped up. I don't know how to edit the template to add it though. ~~

No quest symbol

I turned in A Sticky Operation but did not see a quest symbol above Dahlet. Upon talking to him, however, a ! promptly appeared and he offered the quest. Bug? 76.253.0.17 09:51, 1 August 2011 (UTC)

Nope, its what happens with every quest, the quest symbol only appears if you zone with the pre-requisites met (ie if you had changed districts after turning in quest it would show up) or if you talk to them, same thing with changing professions in zones with profession specific quests, no exclamation mark unless you zone or talk to them.Crimmastermind 08:49, 25 October 2011 (UTC)
