So who is "he"? This missive, is it orders from a "he" in Cantha? Is this missive supposed to transition into Winds of Change? Or is "he" the leader of the White Mantle issuing alternate orders to some of his troops as a contingency plan? --Musha 03:51, 30 November 2010 (UTC)

The White Mantle has shown no connection to Cantha. My guess, and why (dialogue for post-BfLA). Others have speculated Lazarus, and others suspect the mysterious stranger who commissioned R.O.X. and the other two (who some, like myself think is Lazarus). -- Konig/talk 06:15, 30 November 2010 (UTC)

Mysterious stranger was speculated to be Confessor Issiah, as he sent the strongest (though not ingame) GOLEM to kill Salma. And yea I agree it was Lazarus (also i was the one that said about it on discussion for the 2nd of the Thackary Quests. Lahmia The Vampire 21:01 18 December 2010 (GMT)
