Taro Leaves can picked from the Taro Plant in Alcazia Tangle, near Tarnished Haven. If you give them to Oggy (who is southwest of Alcazia Tangle), he will begin telling you about his efforts to become more popular. The next time you see him, he will be wearing the leaves on his ears and you will hear a dialogue between Jezza, Florggi, and Oggy.
