This is a redirect from a name without punctuation to the official name that includes punctuation in it. An article should always use the name with punctuation included if that is the offical name and create a redirect as appropriate. This categorizes articles into Category:Omitted punctuation redirects.
These redirects should be treated on a case-by-case basis. Where appropriate, the name with the full punctuation should be used. But as with all redirect links, avoid making edits for the sole purpose of correcting a redirect; it is trivial and unnecessary.
