HOLY CRAP IT'S BEEN 2 YEARS GUISE! I started on a whim while searching for a kick-ass free-to-play MMO to play with my good friend Orian, and, well, I found GW. Orian had already been playing for some time, so I made it into an awesome guild right off the bat and haven't had to worry about much at all. I sort of found my niche as a Mesmer, but enjoy playing other characters from time to time.

When that AWESOME piece of armor looks like crap after you drop a boatload of money on it, but you didn't know that because you haven't seen anyone else with it in-game and you didn't want to ask on a forum and the Wiki screenshots actually looked ok.

Characters[edit]

I've tried just about everything at least once. In fact, I think I've had at least one character of each profession at one time or another... though many of them were retired from the grid (and my character slots). My favorite professions are Mesmer (oh how it mixes with anything!), Ranger, and Necker, but I don't hold grudges against any other classes.
