Story:
General Dick Froste (pronounced Frost) was born on May 23, 1022 AE. Froste was married once to Janelle Croft, a beautiful shopkeeper. As newlyweds, Froste and Croft had ventured to Vabbi along the Elon River. Shortly after, the couple sailed across the sea to Kaineng City, years before the plague. After a years journey, Froste and Croft settled in a home in Ascalon City. The couple had one child, a daughter by the name of Jen. One devastating evening, Janelle was murdered by an unidentified man dressed in black at her shop. Froste and Jen had the funeral ceremony in Ashford Abbey.
Until the days of the Searing, Froste was a highly successful general in charge of leading a secret squadrant in the Ascalon Army. He had lead many attacks against the Charr, Stone Summit, Am Fah, and various other threats around Tyria. This only made Jen and Froste's relationship distant. Blaming all her faults and the death of her mother on her father, Jen and Froste became nearly irrepairable. At 18, Jen had left her home in Ascalon and joined the White Mantle in the Maguuma Jungle where she never spoke to her father again and even changed her surname to that of her mothers. She had worked very hard for many years until she became the youngest and first Admiral of the white mantle. Admiral Jennifer Croft too had conquered many battles and was victorious against many assaults.
Once the Searing began and as Ascalon began falling to ruins, Froste grew profusely worried of his daughter's whereabouts. He had not heard a word from her in years. The Ascalon Army had began to fall and Froste's secret squadrant had all fallen except one warrior, Sergeant Angelina Lestrange. Froste and Lestrange had made the search for his daughter a proiority. Jen had heard the news of the destruction of Ascalon and too began to question what had happened to her father. In her mind she thought he had perished but in her heart she knew he was still alive and looking for her.
Jen had made contact with a distant cousin, Miranda Froste, to help her on the seach for her father. She had also hired an Assassin by the name of Manfrid Powers to track down her father. Powers' objective was the most unusual one he had ever encountered. For once, he was not hired to assassinate a target, but instead to track down and reunite two individuals. As Jen's search party had left the jungle, Froste was well on his way to Kryta where he met up with a stranded woman, Yelina Annemarie. Annemarie was very grateful and had joined Froste's journey to Kryta.
After enduring rugged terrain through the ruins of Ascalon and brisk temperatures of the Shiverpeaks, Froste and his companions had finally made it to Lion's Arch. The Assassin, Powers had also reached Lions Arch and spotted Froste. After a quick conversation, Froste knew to remain in the city and await her daughters presence. Finally, after several days of venturing, Jen and Miranda had made it to Lion's Arch. Jen didn't know if she should pull through since she had not spoken with her father in years. "I've made it this far, I'm not backing down" was Jen Croft's motto. She continued on through the alleys of Lion's Arch where she then reunited with her father. General Froste and Admiral Jen now remain closer than ever fighting crime at their sides and bonding more with each other each and every day.
