About Me[edit]

I started playing Guild Wars in September 2005 when a friend of mine that played too gave me Prophecies for my birthday. Since then I've taken a couple of breaks but most of the time Guild Wars was the game that got the most attention from me. My first character was a ranger, which I named Elf Forest Ranger due to lack of creativity. I've played over 1200 hours on this character and I consider it as my main.
When I first started playing I just joined and left guilds every single week. After a while I got bored of that and I joined Beasts of Darkness. It was in that guild that I got attracted to PvP, and while not even having the storyline completed (after half a year of playing) I threw myself into HA and GvG. Looking for a bigger future I left Beasts of Darkness and started to become active into GvG. I have been in about 10 PvP guilds in the half year after Factions came out, some big names, and some smaller names. After that half a year of fun I stopped GvG'ing due to lack of time and got my ranger through Prophecies, after which I took my first break.
3 months later I started playing again, and with the release of Nightfall I dragged my ranger through the campaigns. A good friend and I set up our own own guild at one point, Divine Clan, which gave me more stress than satisfaction. After Divine Clan died, and right after Eye of the North came out, I joined Lore School, and that guild gave me a great taste of PvE and title hunting. But, when things get better, one tends to get more bored, and so did I. So I took my second big break from Guild Wars.
Only months later I started playing again, and I went looking for a new guild as quick as I could. After a couple of guilds that couldn't really satisfy me, I stumbled upon Veritas Invictus and I was accepted into their ranks. After having been in [TRUE] for about 1 year, I was promoted to officer. And that is were I am today, part of Veritas Invictus and the great GWOnline Alliance. Lately I've rediscovered title hunting again and I'm now closing in on I'm Very Important. In '09's autumn I renamed my main character to Ya Eer Not Jare, a name that was derrived from a guild joke.
