Biography: Born in 1052AE to an upper middle class family in Ascalon City Kallisto lived a relatively normal life mostly unaffected by the guild wars. Most of her childhood was spent in some the kingdoms most prestigious education centres where she learned the history of Tyria as well as many different professions from Warrior to Mesmer to even having an attempt at being a monk. But her true calling came when she was 14, her love of hunting wild animals or taming them as pets brought her to the world of being a ranger. Her skills with a bow were the highest in her class and was even known to hit small birds perched on trees in her spare time. She passed all her classes with flying colours and could have gone on to become anything she wanted. But knowing the dangers the Charr presented on the other side of the northern wall she decided to focus on her ranger skills. Joining the Ascalon military academy at the age of 16 where her skills only improved. Though there was no doubting her skills, her temperament was something else. She could be very short tempered when things don't seem to be going her way. Her high ambition of trying to be the best can sometimes lead her into trouble with her superiors when her frustration begins to show and she would storm away from events and training exercises when they were not going 100% perfectly. Though short tempered when things went wrong, most of the time she was very friendly to those around her, would play games with her friends and generally have fun in her free time either hunting or swimming in the waters of the kingdom. This did not stop her though passing the academy two years later. Just two months shy of the searing. After a month of downtime she was called to her first mission when the charr finally launched their attack which would later be known as the searing. As many fled she and a few comrades stood firm fighting off as many charr as possible before falling back with the rest of the Ascalon military hoping to hold out as much as possible. Two years passed and the situation in Ascalon was as bleak as ever. Agreeing with Rurik that staying in Ascalon was foolish she followed him over the shiverpeaks to Kryta. Vowing to return one day to liberate her homeland from the charr menace that is plaguing Ascalon and to restore her homeland to the green kingdom it once was.
