Attributes that remain the same[edit]
I don't know if Fast Casting still needs a restriction to mesmer skills only after hitting bar compression and spammable int's like that on rangers.I think I adressed the need here.
Attributes that need Change[edit]
Whenever you cast a enchantment you gain 1 energy for every 5 ranks in mysticism and whenever a enchantment ends on you you gain 3 health for each rank in Mysticism.
For each rank in Leadership your shouts last 2.5 % longer and for every 4 ranks in leadership you gain 1 energy whenever you use a paragon shout.
For each rank of Critical Strikes you have, you gain an additional 1% chance to critical hit. Whenever you critical hit, you gain 1 energy at ranks 3 and above, 2 energy at ranks 7 and above, and 3 energy at 11 ranks above.No effect unless you are wielding daggers.
For each rank of expertise the energy cost of ranger skills and touch skills is reduced by 4%
Expertise is just to prevent abuse and upcoming gimmicks sway style.Assassin's I modded because of critscythe and co but in return Its now easier to get your breakpoints.
Dervish and paragon are a diffrent story.The problem with these attributes is that they were so easy to abuse and yet so reliant.I basicly nerfed the ability to get tons of tons of energy on a paragon and dervish but buffed another side of the attribute or added another side.I think these primary attributes are not broken and will promote better play.
