Balance[edit]

Disclaimer: Balance is a derogatory term for me. Most of these are actually functionality changes. Remember, you may feel free to criticize or assist in any way. However, please try to refrain from just bluntly stating that they will not work in practice. You don't know that without any proof.

Air Magic[edit]

15 Energy1 Activation time20 Recharge time - Elite Hex Spell. Target and adjacent enemies are hexed with Invoke Lightning for 1...15...18 seconds. Enemies hexed with Invoke Lightning take an additional 0...40...50% armor penetration from all lightning elemental attacks and spells. This spell causes Exhaustion. (Attribute: Air Magic)

15 Energy2 Activation time20 Recharge time - Elite Spell. Create Thunderclap at target foe's location. That foe is struck for 25...71...82 lightning damage. Each second after, one for In the Area is then hit, adding 2...14...17 lightning damage for each successive target until there are either no foes in the area or each foe in that area has been hit once. This attack has 25% armor penetration. You are Exhausted. (Attribute: Air Magic)

Earth Magic[edit]

15 Energy1 Activation time30 Recharge time - Elite Hex Spell. Target and Nearby foes are hexed with Stone Sheath for 3...20...24 seconds. Hexed foes move 33% slower, build adrenaline at half the normal rate, and cannot critical. When Stone Sheath ends naturally, foes adjacent to the target take 6...33...40 earth damage. (Attribute: Earth Magic)

Energy Storage[edit]

5 Energy1 Activation time30 Recharge time - Elite Skill. Remove all Exhaustion from target ally. For each point of exhaustion removed, that ally gets 1 second of +1...5...6 health regeneration and +0...2...2 energy regeneration. (Max 35 seconds) (Attribute: Energy Storage)
