People use these inscriptions. These are the "good" inscriptions. They make a noticeable difference.
The other inscriptions... not so much. I mean, sure, there might be a "Guided by Fate" every so often. But when is there a "Vengeance is Mine!"?

The inscriptions that don't see play are not as good as the ones that do. Buff them.
