Animate Wailing Horror
Elite spell. Exploit a corpse to create a level 1...14...16 Wailing Horror that interrupts skills with each of its attacks. You may have only one Wailing Horror at a time.
Looks like a smoke phantom but more ghostly with the same animations.
- Why this is a good idea
- Synonymous with the MM's true function of party damage reduction
- Setting loose a completely uncontrolled interuptor would be really fun
- Little to no balance issues as its effectiveness is based on luck (AI target selection)
- Why it may not work out
- There are only two other necromancer interruption skills and introducing another may be against Arenanet's wishes

Shout. Target ally gains 1..4..5 energy.
- Why this is a good idea
- Diversifying adrenaline use encourages hitting the space bar
- Energy support for the heavies
- I need another point to push the next skill down. Where's my hammer?
- Why it may not work out
- Paragons are already imbagons. This works better with my Swashbuckler idea.
- ANet probably made outside energy support difficult for a reason.

Shout. Target foe is interrupted and all foes within earshot if successful.

- Diversifying adrenaline use encourages the use of the spacebar.
- Why it may not work out
- This is hardly a tactics skill. It works best with my Swashbuckler idea.
- More interrupts = more frustration
