TwystTye (aka LimeTwyst) is a founding member of Guild:Blood_Of_The_Martyr [Hope], formed in January 2008. I have been playing GW since August 5, 2005.
I had a vivid recurring dream for years as a child of being awestruck and joyfully entering a beautiful green forest to play with bright green snakes that were draped from dark tree limbs all around - and thus my nickname = LimeTwyst.
I prefer to play PvP, but enjoy PvE as a relaxing diversion. I frequently say that Guild Wars' PvE game is just a training ground for Guild Wars PvP. I avoided Hard Mode for the first two years it was available - if I want to play something challenging, I'd rather be ripping someone's head off in RAs. But recently due to the lack of PvP mates, I have been more readily convinced to help with Vanquishing whereas I used to just give a flat refusal.
In real life, I am a mother of two teenage gamers that are currently enthralled with Roblox, Persona and anything Mario-related, and wife and quarter-of-a-century friend to her diehard gamer husband who was in the GW1 beta and convinced me to start playing GW as a birthday present to him.

PVP Side:
I am most proud of my little Gladiator Rank 1 title and after a long break am going back to RAs more now.
I also have obtained Rank 4 in the Gamer title track, Mad Skillz. The greatest portion of those points came about due to my obsessive love of RollerBeetle Racing, and some due to a re-interest in Snowball fights.
I only have 73 fame points, as I have spent very little time in Heroes Ascent. I am seeking other determined players who want to play HA regularly, nighttime, USA Central time about 9pm-ish, who are not squeamish of losing but will come back and play again and again and again.

PVE Side:
My characters are all level 20 (one of everything excluding assassin) and have completed at least their campaign of origin, except my mesmer (who attained LDoA on April 18, 2010 after a long arduous 1,048 hours spread over 32 months, and does not intend to complete a campaign) and my paragon (who was only made as an escort for my daughter's character for when she occasionally plays, and I agreed to not advance beyond her).
My warrior, necromancer and monk have completed all three major campaigns, and my warrior and ranger have both completed GW:EN. I have no plans to advance any other characters through GW:EN, instead spending my time on PvP or helping guildmates and alliance members.
