I have seen these ideas in the old format, but wanted to move them here. This new format allows for the ideas to not get lost among other non-related subjects.
1) Allow the Guild Leader to assign "titles" to officers and members. These titles could only be seen in the Guild screen " hit 'G' the see". Simple titles like 'Tyria expert' or 'GvG Team leader", etc.. If you have a large enough Guild this could be handy for new players to know who can help them.
2) Add some people to the Guild Hall. Non-interactive, but make the place a little more alive. Most Halls have a settlement of sorts outside the main hall.
3) Add the ability to decorate the halls. Add a vendor to the Guild Lord that will alow you to make a one time purchase that will decorate the hall for Halloween, Christmas, or any other holiday you want to add to the vendor. Also you could decorate according to your Faction alliance. Buy a 'Decorator Vendor' from the Guild Lord ad then buy whatever holiday or other event decoration you want from the vendor. Once purchased your hall will be decorated on that holiday from then on.

Great ideas and one more allow the guild leaders to allow ceartian ppl to kick as well

- would have less confusion among the guild and would allow new people to ask help from a certain person instead of just spamming in guild chat
