This character was created as an homage to Terry Pratchetts wonderful Discworld Character. He's often to be seen around LA and Kamadan offering such delights as "Rat on a Stick" and "Luvverly Pies!" Being a man of guile and wit, Mesmer was the obvious choice, and Ranger as a secondary enabling him to have a pet Rat of course... have you seen the size those things get to!! wow!
