About Me / À Propos de Moi[edit]
My name is Zyr Artlu. I'm a French Canadian and I can manage to speak a little bit English. I’ve chosen to play in Europe for playing in French. I’ve bought Prophecies when it's came out. I've played for a while, and then my vacations arrived. During my vacation, I was on 56k and I lost the taste to go online. So, I sold the game to one of my friends for nearly the same price that a I've paid it. When Factions came out, some of my friends that I've made on Ragnarok Online during the year decided to buy it. So, I've followed them and I've bought Factions on May 6 2006. Then, I've created my first character: Zyr Artlu. It was similar to the Warrior of the same name that I have created during Prophecies. So, I really start to play and get scotched on a new element: the Titles. When I get my first maxed title, Canthan Grandmaster Cartographer, I discover the Kind Of A Big Deal title. This makes me bought again Prophecies to get that title, and Nightfall later. I've played Guild Wars for nearly 2000 hours, all in PvE, and I nearly only play with Zyr Artlu. Nearly all names from my characters come from a French sci-fi series of chronicles that I have created with a friend.
Mon nom est Zyr Artlu. Je suis un Canadien Français qui peut parler un peu l'anglais. J'ai choisi de jouer en Europe pour jouer en français. Je me suis acheté Prophecies à sa sortie. J'ai joué pendant un moment et mes vacances d'été sont arrivées. Pendant mes vacances, j'étais sur 56k et j'ai perdu tout goût de jouer à des jeux en ligne. J'ai vendu le jeu à un de mes amis pour presque le même prix que ce que je l'avais acheté. Quand Factions est sortie, quelques-uns de mes amis que je m'étais faits en jouant à Ragnarok Online ont décidé de l'acheter. Donc, je les ai suivis en achetant Factions le 6 mai 2006. J'ai créé mon premier personnage : Zyr Artlu. Il était très similaire au Guerrier du même nom que j'avais créé pendant mon bref séjour sur Prophecies. J'ai commencé à jouer et je suis resté scotcher sur un des nouveaux éléments : les Titres. Quand j'ai eu mon premier titre au rang maximum, Grand Maître Carthographe de Cantha, j'ai découvert le titre la Crème de la Crème. Ce titre, à lui seul, m’a convaincu de racheter Prophecies et, plus tard, Nightfall. J'ai joué à Guild Wars près de 2000 heures, uniquement en PvE, et ce, presque uniquement sur Zyr Artlu. Presque tous les noms de mes personnages proviennent d'une série de chroniques de science-fiction que j'ai créée avec un de mes amis.
