As you know, I have just bought this GuildWars account on July 22th of 2008 and I will seriosly say that I haven't engaged in any in-game or out-game transaction for cash or other illegal activitites in this game. With contacting the support you did the best thing you can do in this situation. We, including Galil, cannot help you there, as we are just players as well.
