Selling Gameplay Advantages[edit]
- → moved from Feedback talk:John Stumme
Please turn all henchmen in the game into heroes for people who don't want to buy a gameplay advantage. For as long as other people have access to more heroes of different classes to someone who didn't pay for the mercenaries it's unfair and selling a gameplay advantage. The value of mercenaries should be cosmetic only (oh cool I can bring my monk with me when I'm on my warrior). If you turn Mhenlo, Lina, Alesia, Jamei, Danika etc into heroes, people who didn't purchase the mercenaries will be able to access the same gameplay features available to those who did, without the cosmetic benefits. 58.111.85.122 08:40, 4 March 2011 (UTC)
- Well, how is it unfair? It is very possible to complete everthing in the game without buying anything from the store, it just makes stuff easier--Lordkrall 08:43, 4 March 2011 (UTC)
- Not the point. It's a gameplay advantage. They can do things in gameplay that I can't do because they spent money that I didn't. You can complete the game without a full party or elite skills, should we sell those features as well? It's an advantage over people who don't have access to mercenaries. That point isn't worth disputing and it's the one I'm making. 58.111.85.122 09:00, 4 March 2011 (UTC)
- I still don't see the problem. They pay money, they can complete stuff faster then you, so what? If you want to complete stuff with less challenge/faster go ahead and buy the upgrade. It's not like it's a gamebreaking feature--Lordkrall 09:42, 4 March 2011 (UTC)
- I don't see how it is an advantage, except that you can bring >3 heroes of the same profession this way. You still get 7 hero parties without buying the mercenaries. – NuclearDuckie 10:17, 4 March 2011 (UTC)
- Feedback:Main. Use it. -Auron 10:22, 4 March 2011 (UTC)
- So owning more campaigns then you (or the BMP) is also unfair, because I can get weapons/skills you cannot get? Better remove the whole cashshop then and make it all free because of gameplay advantages! Oh wait... Waar Kijk Je Naar 16:18, 4 March 2011 (UTC)
