List of Quest items[edit]
I'm not trying to be too much of a downer, but that page seems like it would be a bit over-broad and under-used. Category:Quest items lists all quest items, and that's 173 items uncategorized. And what frequent scenarios can you see someone wanting a list of all quest items? --JonTheMon 19:40, 31 August 2010 (UTC)
- I have not played a character in a while, and had quest items in my inventory, and had no idea what quest they were for, who or where I got them from, or who to give them to. This is a collection in one place of that info, without having to look through pages of info to find it. I will add to it as I play the game, and hopefully others will as well. 69.182.134.81 19:51, 31 August 2010 (UTC) (addon) Besides which, the category list only lists the item names, not the who or where, etc. This table does. 69.182.134.81 19:53, 31 August 2010 (UTC)
- I have the same problem, with random leftover quest items, but a quick search using the search box gives all the information.- TheRave (talk) 20:00, 31 August 2010 (UTC)
- What a coincidence, so does this list. Except this list has (or will have hopefully) all of the items, not just that one. And it puts it all in one place. 69.182.134.81 20:02, 31 August 2010 (UTC)
- So once you have all 170+ items here, it's going to be easier to use this page than to just search for it? I'm somewhat doubtful of that. --JonTheMon 20:41, 31 August 2010 (UTC)
- So, look it up on the searched page, and have to read all over who what when where, etc, or find it on one page, and across the line, all the info. Yeah, I can see how you could miss it. 69.182.134.81 22:51, 31 August 2010 (UTC)
- I think what JTM is trying to say is when the page is full with ALL 170 items it will be just as hard (if not harder) to have to scroll all the way through to find the item you're looking for. Searching will yield the result imediatly with links to all the information. At least if the table is going to stay it would be useful to have links to the quests, quest givers, locations, etc.- TheRave (talk) 08:41, 1 September 2010 (UTC)
- I have made it so that the entries that have links (the quest items, the locations, the areas, the people, etc.) DO have links to the other pages. Try reading the info in the table closer before making the assumption it doesn't Rave. 69.182.134.81 14:51, 1 September 2010 (UTC)
- Rave, since it seems you might not know what Jon and I are talking about, the page is List of Quest items. 69.182.134.81 14:57, 1 September 2010 (UTC)

NOTOC[edit]
Could you try to keep the NOTOC in line with the infoboxes? Guild Wars Wiki:Formatting/NPCs#Article header G R E E N E R 22:39, 2 September 2010 (UTC)
Was doing that because the majority of the pages I looked at the source for had notoc on a seperate line. 69.182.134.81 02:05, 3 September 2010 (UTC)
- Yep, no prob. You may also want to familiarize yourself with the Guild Wars Wiki:Formatting/Redirects, specifically the tags that go with them. G R E E N E R 19:36, 4 September 2010 (UTC)
Editing[edit]
I do not know which ip you'll use next, so I'll post on all of them. Please listen to good advice when people tell you to read GWW:NAMING and GWW:REDIRECT. I do not want to have to do this again, especially if it can be done right the first time. Thank you. G R E E N E R 10:27, 27 September 2010 (UTC)
