(Blinding Serge) Hi I am Kurtion Sin from Guild Wars, I want to state that Blinding serge needs to have a longer recharge time, Constant blinding is deadly for Melees. And is not a fair way to fight in RA, Its just about stupid and needs to get nerfed. ANET can nerf melees to hell but giving casters the advantage to shut melee characters down. I am at the point were i would quick guild wars and wouldn't recomend this game to anyone do to it is unfair. I'm seriously insiting that ANET nerfs Blinding Serge.
