Regarding the Charr/Hog, maybe adding him as a bug in the Northlands would do the trick, if you really want to add him to the page.
True true i shall revise. But to the bug thing i would believe that to be wrong.Though it would seem he is a bug His health is also that of a level 2 and for his damage lets just say it is moderatly low.
