Signature[edit]
I'm fairly certain that your signature violates the policy, or at least generally agreed upon rules concerning it. The problem is the picture, which is big enough to interrupt the flow of text on the page. To fix it, I believe you need to add in the 19x19 size ratio. although, since you use your picture for your talk page, I don't know how that will affect the link.
