Yes he can and you cant claim rights. Once you put it on here it is free to the public. Even images that you make yourself. Although even with testing I dont understand not removing your name. I'm not exactly sure why Why keeps talking to this user in dutch. Anti copied Magamdy's user page verbatim, even including the wee bit saying "I'm Magamdy...", thus I would take the "I'm dutch" userbox with a pinch of salt, as that was just proberly copied across with the rest. (as Magamdy is dutch) EDIT: I lived in Flanders for 6 months but left a few years ago, thus my Flemish is really rusty.
