Userboxes Revisited

Haven't we had this discussion before? The text at the beginning is just like the clear in other ones, it messes up the code of things around it. Also, the text is restated with only slightly different wording in the user box itself.--Ceru talk contribs 13:53, 20 October 2009 (UTC)

In a related, why? Because it was initially created like that is not a good reason:: the user literally copied the text for the category and neglected to actually create a userbox. You created the actual userbox and, as you should have, restated that the user was in the Jeff Strain fan club in the appropriate words. You were both nice and respectful: you created the userbox that he did not. The text is the userbox's equivalent of an appendix; pointless and removable. Also, it looks funny compared to the other userboxes. I'm working on making it so all userboxes are at the top of their respective pages. Since no one else has set a standard, I am trying to. Sounds like a plan, My projects (if others don't jump ahead or do them) is to try to get all the mission pages done (bosses included on ones I hadn't gotten to). Then all the Quest Pages done to conform to the guildlines. Are you gonna add the correct Categories to these userboxes? Cause what I had tried to do (paused on) was basically try to put the pages in their respective categories. Might not have been great at it, but tried. My PvE experience is minimal, I've never completed FoW, UW or even the Tomb of the Primeval Kings, so I just don't know and I keep my nose out of what I don't know. I have been accused, before about two accounts actually by two people on another place over 5 years ago. Quite funny, Ips were across the country over in California and in Europe. 1. I hate proxies!!!! Hated them with a passion for a LONG while. There's websites, including those I had, that wouldn't let you on with a proxy, unless disabled.
2. I hate socks, actually. Ex use to create them, just so I'd /kill (when I was bored) on irc. Also, banned over 100 on a couple of websites and I have gotten them on my forum. They're worse than changing my baby girl's diapers. Either you're real or you're not. Only reason, I think, that people create socks is if they have something to hide, or bored to death (can't, have a baby girl here as well as responsibilities, etc.). I have a vow that I made myself 8 years ago and have not broken it, since. I had 8 email accounts back then, the troubles I had... eh, deleted every one of them after I had gotten my gmail account and I had some help to make sure they were gone. Ah Citations. Pretty hard,eh? Well, if it was me. I wouldn't talk in a 'gangsta' phase. Like, I wouldn't shorten people's handle on here by making fun of them, etc. Show me, where I have done this.

1. Obviously, she knows English or she wouldn't type the 'reason' of nominating me. Why me? Instead of others? I don't know. Ask her.
2. Why I used her handle as Aim? An old in game conversation. How can one 'screenshot' that? She doesn't use the name anymore in the game, though.
3. Shortening people's names. I don't as that's disrespectful, unless their name is separated by a space.
4. I do not hardly do full http pages when it's wiki side. I usually do like this My page. See any http in the (Where did those three words disappear to?) page? That's a difference on my page.

None of that is "evidence". Again, it's incredibly easy to proxy and change your normal format of writing (and a very common thing for people to do with their socks). 2. Fine, that's a legitimate claim, but it's also highly in doubt. You are expecting us to take your words at face value when Pika claims (again, very persuasively) that we cannot do so.
3. Not even going to bother refuting that one: "Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, as you can clearly see from this footage of the bombing, the killer shortened the names of the guards that tried to stop him. You have seen and known my client for 2 hours, and you know very well that he finds that disrespectful, so you must acquit."

@IP...they aren't putting her against a wall to be manly. Ariyen wants to be a sysop, and Pika is stating that there is a possibility of Ariyen being dishonest...and therefore not fit to be a sysop. When a person wants to have a position like that on this wiki, it is important that they be qualified for the spot. Pika is just nervous about Ariyen becoming a sysop. I think it'd be better to leave it all alone. Let her alone, let me alone about it. I'm just glad she doesn't participate in this stuff and drama. Maybe the rest up there would be happen if they start running people off from here. Not a way to treat new members or other people. No matter how much things are 'similar' etc. I don't blame people for not wanting to participate or leave. Hard to make a difference when you have people looking for something to point a finger at. Tattle tails only make trouble. Sides, pretty hard to prove things one way or the other over the internet. You have photo programs to fake out images. programs to spoof other people's ip addresses and use it against them, things like that.

But you take one person trying to be at least honest and they're made out like a liar. If I wanted to be a 'liar' to be honest. There'd be pages messed up, etc. with false information, etc. Not using guidelines using what's there to go by.
